Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below before ordering.
Automatic Door Operators
Automatic door operators are non-returnable. However, they are covered under warranty: if any part is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to you under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Lock & Door Hardware
If an item arrives damaged or broken, you may return it for a replacement or full refund. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.
All Other Items
Aside from the cases above, items are not eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, Item different than customer had assumed, or installed/used products.
How to Start a Claim
Email [] with your order number, the item affected, and photos of any defect or damage. Approved warranty claims and damaged-on-arrival returns are processed within [5–7 business days].
